- Combine the red bell pepper, sweet Vidalia onion, habanero pepper, peanut butter, salt, season salt, Maggie cube, and 4 tablespoons of water in a blender. Blend until you have a smooth and creamy mixture.
- Clean the crab, shrimp, and mussels and place them in a large pot.
- Cut the sausage and corn, then add them to pot
- Pour in the mixture from the blender and bring it to a boil
- Cook for about 20 – 25 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Reduce the heat to low and add the can of beer (optional)
Let the crab steam for an additional 5 minutes. - Stir well, and serve the Spicy Beer Crab hot.
